Deposit / Cancellations

A one night deposit per room is required at the time of booking. Deposit is non-refundable for cancellations within 2 weeks of stay. Guests are responsible for entire stay if cancellation is within one week of check-in date. A change of check-in date may be allowed if the cancelled room can rebook.

Check-in / Check-out

Check-in time: 1:00 - 5:00 pm. Call to arrange for a later check-in time. Check-out time: 11:00 am.

Smoking

We are completely non-smoking. No smoking is allowed within 25 feet of the Inn.

Additional Guests

Room rates are for double occupancy. Add $10.00 for each additional person. No room may hold more than the beds allow.

Children

As the Inn is not child-proof, guests under the age of 12 must be pre-approved. If a baby cries, it will wake other guests.

Pets

Pets are not allowed. Service animals must be professionally trained and can never be left unattended. There is a nice dog kennel in town: 435 586-6216

The Big Yellow Inn will sleep 31 people in beds. The Bard's Inn sleeps 20. See if a full house discount is available for the date you are interested in.
